Purchasing through our online retail store

Items purchased through our online retail store are sent out to Customers using second-class postage via Royal Mail or the courier service, Evri. We will dispatch your order from our fulfilment unit in West Sussex, UK which is open each Monday, Thursday, and Friday.  Please note: We are only able to deliver to UK addresses.

Purchasing through our eBay for Change store

Items purchased through our eBay for Change store can be shipped to UK addresses as well as worldwide using eBay's Global Shipping Programme.

For items being sent to worldwide addresses, we will dispatch your order from our fulfillment unit in West Sussex, UK to eBay's UK shipping centre. Ebay will calculate the correct postage costs for international buyers and the estimated delivery time (you will see this information on our listing) and then post your order directly to you from their centre. 

If you do not receive the product/s that you requested to be sent to a UK address within 10 working days, please email orders@secretprojects.org 

If you do not receive the product/s that you requested to be sent to an international address within 21 working days, please email orders@secretprojects.org
