Our packaging
The bags we use to package your order for delivery are made from recycled plastic. We have used these bags for many years and find them to be good and strong, keeping your precious order safe as it wings it way to you. We may sometimes use 2 bags to package goods that are delicate to add an extra layer of protection. It's very unlikely that items in your order will reach you in a damaged condition with ripped packaging but if it does please let us know quickly by emailing orders@secretprojects.org
