Fair Trade Coffee (Brand: Kawaha Coffee from Tanzania)
In Swahili, Kahawa means coffee. Our Arabica beans are grown at 1500 m+ on the slope of Mt Meru in Tanzania. The mountain is a sleeping volcano, making the soil very fertile, which is perfect for growing coffee. Aranga Coffee group consisting of 30 families maintaining their own farms on the mountain and they deliver the dry coffee to our roasting factory in the same village. Everyone involved in the production from Bean to Cup are from our village. Kahawa is a certified member of World Fair Trade Organisation.
